On the 10th of March 2014, the enquiry office at the Nelson Mandela Garden of 95 Trees was commissioned by the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Professor Amos Utuama in the presence of the South African Consular-General to Nigeria, Ambassador Mokgethi Monaisa.
The enquiry office is open to the general public for information, enquiries and bookings in person.
